Lars Magnus Hvattum is a Professor of Quantitative Logistics at Molde University College. Working at the Faculty of Logistics, he is the leader of the research group on Planning, Optimization and Decision Support. He is currently supervising or co-supervising 5 PhD students, as well as several MSc students. Within sports analytics, his research has mainly focused on creating and evaluating ratings for teams and individual players in team sports.
